You are in the right place if you are a European company interested in meeting Japanese and Vietnamese partners for trilateral joint projects in Vietnam.

Eligibility for EU companies

Participants must:

Be a company headquartered in one of the 27 EU Member States, or in Iceland, Norway or Liechtenstein (countries participating in the COSME Programme);
Be interested in trilateral cooperation with Japanese and Vietnamese companies and organisations for joint projects in Vietnam;
Have experience with Vietnam and/or Vietnamese partners, or have a concrete project targeting the Vietnamese market;
Be active in one of the 4 target areas of this platform: Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Smart City and/or Green technology;
Be >50% EU (or COSME partnering country) owned;
Be an organisation that is an EU (or COSME partnering country) juridical person;
Have staff in a managing position that can attend the events hosted on this platform and who can speak English.

We strongly encourage small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to register.

How can I participate?

Once your registration is validated by our team, you will be able to build your profile, see other profiles on the platform’s participant page and request meetings with them during upcoming events.

To maximise your chances in getting meetings, it is recommended to add as much information as possible in your profile and to send a personal message in addition to your meeting requests. It is also recommended to create marketplace opportunities in order to gain more visibility.
